From Wholesale to Fast Food Excellence

Founded in 2018 as a wholesale supplier, QPS leveraged deep industry knowledge to transition into fast food operations.

We partnered with Jhony's Burger after bankruptcy, rebuilding the brand until its successful acquisition in 2024. By 2019, we fully transitioned to fast food, becoming O'Tacos franchise partners in 2020 with locations in Ghent. In 2023, we acquired O'Cheess, taking full ownership by 2024.

Today, we operate Alard and O'Cheess, with expansion plans for 2026 focused on authentic flavors and efficient service.

Partnered with Jhony's Burger in Belgium after their bankruptcy announcement, beginning our journey into restaurant operations.

Fast Food Transition

Fully transitioned into the fast food sector, focusing on quality quality plate dining experiences.

2020

O'Tacos Franchise

Became franchise partners with O'Tacos, opening locations in Ghent—in the city center and in Overpoort.

2023

O'Cheess Partnership

Acquired 40% stake in O'Cheess, expanding our portfolio with fast food cuisine.
